Recommended preparation window: review sales performance, reporting, IFF payments, compliance, pricing, and contract records. Begin necessary updates.

For current GSA Schedule contractors
Low sales, unresolved compliance issues, and outdated contract records can put your next option period at risk. GO GSA helps you assess readiness, address gaps, and prepare your option-extension response before deadlines become urgent.
Begin preparing before your 210-day option letter arrives.
GSA has identified contracts that do not meet applicable sales requirements for expiration. Review your reported GSA sales against the requirements in your contract and address shortfalls early. A marketing plan or projected pipeline does not replace actual sales or guarantee an extension.
Sales requirements depend on the clauses in your contract, and low sales alone do not mean automatic cancellation. The March 24, 2025 announcement describes GSA’s review of multiple-award contracts that do not meet applicable sales requirements for expiration: read GSA’s announcement.
