GSA's Modernization Initiative

Understanding the FCP Program

The Federal Acquisition Service Catalog Platform (FCP) is GSA's modernized catalog management system that replaces outdated Schedule Input Program (SIP) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.

What is FCP?

Launched in 2023 with ongoing phased rollouts, FCP streamlines how Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contractors manage their product and service catalogs through a web-based platform.

!

Mandatory Transition

All GSA MAS contractors will be transitioned to FCP - this is not optional. GSA moves approximately 500 contracts monthly in planned waves with full transition expected by end of fiscal year 2026.
